Every cleaning company says “we clean your home thoroughly” — and that means different things to different cleaners. Here is exactly what’s on our recurring-clean checklist, room by room, so you know what you’re getting before you book.
Why the checklist matters
A defined checklist solves the most common cleaning disagreement: “I thought you were going to clean X” “It’s not on the list.” Publishing the checklist up-front means you know exactly what is in scope, and we know exactly what we are committing to. No surprises in either direction.

Living areas — every visit

What’s NOT on the recurring checklist
These items are deep clean territory, not recurring. They are intentionally not on the weekly or fortnightly checklist — fitting them in would mean compromising on what is in scope.
- Inside the oven
- Range hood filters
- Inside cabinets or drawers
- Behind appliances
- Grout treatment
- Windows (internal or external)
- Ceiling fans and light fittings
- Skirting boards (full perimeter)
- Tops of cupboards and joinery
If you want these, book a deep clean. They typically need a 4-6 hour visit instead of 1.5-2.
Add-on items you can request per visit
- Change linen (you supply fresh) — adds 15 min
- Iron a small batch of items — quoted separately
- Empty out and wipe one specific cabinet — adds 10 min
- Vacuum one piece of upholstery — adds 15 min
- Pet area / hair-heavy zone extra attention — included in pet households
Tell us at the start of the visit. We absorb small additions; larger ones we quote in advance.
