Why the checklist matters
A defined checklist solves the most common cleaning disagreement: “I thought you were going to clean X” “It’s not on the list.” Publishing the checklist up-front means you know exactly what is in scope, and we know exactly what we are committing to. No surprises in either direction.

What’s NOT on the recurring checklist
These items are deep clean territory, not recurring. They are intentionally not on the weekly or fortnightly checklist — fitting them in would mean compromising on what is in scope.
- Inside the oven
- Range hood filters
- Inside cabinets or drawers
- Behind appliances
- Grout treatment
- Windows (internal or external)
- Ceiling fans and light fittings
- Skirting boards (full perimeter)
- Tops of cupboards and joinery

Can I add things to the checklist?+
Yes — small add-ons (linen change, cabinet wipe, upholstery vacuum) can be done in the visit. Larger items we quote separately.
Will you clean my fridge?+
Wipe the exterior, yes. Inside — only on a deep clean. We don’t open food storage during recurring.
Do you make beds?+
Yes — included. Linen change is optional if you provide fresh linen.
Will you empty the dishwasher?+
No — we focus on what you booked us for. We can wash dishes if you ask (15 min add-on).
How specific should I be about priorities?+
Very specific. 2 minutes telling us your top 3 priorities at the start of every visit dramatically improves the outcome.
Do you use my cleaning products or yours?+
Ours by default. Tell us if you have a preference or any product sensitivities.
What if something gets missed?+
Tell us within 48 hours — we return and address it, no charge.
