Every home is different, so we don’t publish a flat figure. Hourly rates locally sit around $45–$60. Green Koala doesn’t quote by the hour. For a deep clean we come to your home, walk through every room with you, write down exactly what’s included, and give you one fixed price up front. The model gives you peace of mind on two fronts: you know exactly what the clean will cost before any work starts, and you know exactly what’s going to be cleaned, room by room. The cleaner ticks off each item on the checklist as they go, so when we’re done you can see for yourself that nothing was missed.

Most homes take a full day with two cleaners, sometimes split across two visits if the scope is bigger. The walkthrough lets us scope it accurately — you’ll know the timing along with the fixed price before we book.

A regular clean maintains the home; a deep clean resets it. We get into the places a weekly visit doesn’t reach: skirtings, behind appliances, inside ovens and microwaves, light switches, door frames, ceiling fans, tile grout, range hood filters, window tracks. It’s the right starting point before recurring cleans begin, or as a periodic reset every 6–12 months.

Yes — because everything is being cleaned from scratch rather than maintained. Best price is a weekly clean (home stays clean between visits, same scope takes the least effort). Fortnightly is a little more. Monthly more again. One-off cleans (bond, deep, pre-sale, spring, move-in) are the most expensive because everything is being cleaned from scratch. If you sign up for recurring, the first clean is usually a bit more work to bring the home up to standard. We absorb that — you’re still charged at the recurring rate, not the one-off rate.

Yes — we bring everything: vacuum, mop, microfibre cloths, eco-friendly products, oven cleaner, grout brush, the lot. You don’t need to supply anything. If you’ve got a specific product you prefer (or one to avoid), we note it on your scope of work.

Every 6–12 months for most homes. More often if you have pets, kids, or a high-traffic household; once a year is fine for low-traffic homes that already get a weekly or fortnightly recurring clean.
