Life happens. Travel, illness, busy weeks, family arrivals. Here is exactly how our pause-and-reschedule policy works — what is free, what is not, and how much notice we ask for.

The basic rules

  • 24-48 hours notice = free. Reschedule, skip, or pause.
  • Same-day = case-by-case. First time, free. Repeated same-day cancellation may incur a small fee.
  • No-show / no-contact = full charge. Rare but yes — if we arrive and cannot get in with no warning, we still charge the visit.
  • Holiday pause = free, any duration. Just tell us when you are going and when you are back.

How to pause

  • Text the day before: “Cancel tomorrow, please. Back to normal next time.”
  • For longer pauses: “Pausing for 4 weeks from X — resume after.”
  • For travel pauses: send start and resume dates
  • No need to give a reason
  • Your slot is held — you do not need to re-book when you resume

What about long-term holds?

If you pause for more than 3 months we may not be able to hold your exact slot — high-demand windows fill. We will move you to the nearest equivalent slot on return.
