Yes. Fortnightly is the cadence most of our customers settle into. It’s frequent enough that buildup never gets out of hand, and infrequent enough that the cost stays manageable. Weekly is cheaper per visit but more total spend per month; monthly is cheaper total but the visits get longer because there’s more to do. Fortnightly is the balance most households are looking for.

No. If you’re starting fortnightly with us, the first clean is usually a bit more work to bring the home up to our standard — but we absorb that. You’re charged at the fortnightly rate, not the one-off rate, from the very first visit. We see it as the start of an ongoing relationship, not a one-off transaction.

Most fortnightly customers still book a deep clean once or twice a year. Fortnightly visits keep the visible surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, and floors at a consistently high standard — but they don’t include things like moving couches, washing skirtings behind beds, cleaning inside cupboards, or getting up to high light fittings. A deep clean twice a year handles the nooks and crannies that the regular fortnightly visit can’t reach without blowing the time budget.

The scope is agreed at your free walkthrough and ticked off the same way every visit. For most fortnightly customers it covers: kitchen surfaces and floor, both bathrooms (toilet, basin, shower, mirror), all bedrooms (dust, vacuum, beds), living areas (dust, vacuum, mop), bins out. The cleaner ticks each item off as they go, so you can see for yourself nothing was missed. We do everything properly — we move the chair to vacuum under it, we wipe the skirtings, we get behind the TV.

Yes — that’s the default. We deliberately keep the same cleaner on your fortnightly job so they learn your home, your preferences, and the small details that matter to you. The detailed checklist follows them, so on the rare occasion someone else covers, nothing gets missed.

The pricing changes (more frequent = less buildup = shorter visit = lower price per clean; less frequent = more buildup = longer visit = higher price per clean), but the scope and standard stay the same. Some customers start fortnightly, then move to weekly when life gets busier, or drop to monthly once their home is properly under control.
