Yes. Weekly cleans cost the least per visit. Fortnightly is a little more, monthly more again. It’s not because the scope changes — the checklist stays the same. It’s because between visits, the home gets dirtier, so the same scope takes more effort to bring up to standard. Weekly cleans hit the same checklist faster because there’s less buildup. Less time per visit = lower price per visit.

No. If you’re starting weekly with us, the first clean is usually a bit more work to bring the home up to our standard — but we absorb that. You’re charged at the weekly rate, not the one-off rate, from the very first visit. We see it as the start of an ongoing relationship, not a one-off transaction.

Most weekly customers still book a deep clean once or twice a year. Weekly visits keep the visible surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, and floors at a consistently high standard — but they don’t include things like moving couches, washing skirtings behind beds, cleaning inside cupboards, or getting up to high light fittings. A deep clean twice a year handles the nooks and crannies that the regular weekly visit can’t reach without blowing the time budget.

The scope is agreed at your free walkthrough and ticked off the same way every visit. For most weekly customers it covers: kitchen surfaces and floor, both bathrooms (toilet, basin, shower, mirror), all bedrooms (dust, vacuum, beds), living areas (dust, vacuum, mop), bins out. The cleaner ticks each item off as they go, so you can see for yourself nothing was missed. We do everything properly — we move the chair to vacuum under it, we wipe the skirtings, we get behind the TV.
