Everything the property manager will inspect: oven, rangehood, stovetop, kitchen cupboards inside and out, bathrooms top to bottom (tiles, grout, screens, exhaust), inside windows and tracks, skirtings, doors and frames, light fittings, all floors, walls spot-cleaned, and the home left empty-presentation ready. Yes. Best price is a weekly clean (home stays clean between visits, same scope takes the least effort). Fortnightly is a little more. Monthly more again. One-off cleans (bond, deep, pre-sale, spring, move-in) are the most expensive because everything is being cleaned from scratch. If you switch from a one-off to a recurring schedule, you move down to the recurring rate from the first visit — we don’t charge you the one-off rate for the first clean.
