We come to your home for a free walkthrough, write a detailed scope room by room, and give you one fixed price per visit. The same checklist is followed every clean, so the price never changes from visit to visit. The model gives you peace of mind on two fronts: you know exactly what the clean will cost before any work starts, and you know exactly what’s going to be cleaned, room by room. The cleaner ticks off each item on the checklist as they go, so when we’re done you can see for yourself that nothing was missed.

You’re charged at the recurring rate, not the one-off rate, from the very first visit. We see it as the start of an ongoing relationship, not a one-off transaction.

Yes — that’s the default. We deliberately keep the same cleaner on your recurring job so they learn your home, your preferences, and the small details that matter to you. The detailed checklist follows them, so even on the rare occasion someone else covers, nothing gets missed.

Yes. A lot of our recurring customers are people who used to clean their own home to a high standard and find it physically harder now — bending, kneeling, moving furniture, reaching high shelves. Your standards haven’t slipped, your body just can’t keep up. Green Koala does it properly: we move the chair to vacuum under it, we wipe the skirtings, we get behind the TV. Unlike government-subsidised cleaners (who often aren’t allowed to move furniture for occupational health reasons), we do the job the way you used to.
